RETURN POLICY

At Baddieshe, we offer store credit for returns – no refunds to the original method of payment. Returns will be credited in the form of a digital Gift Card.

Return Guidelines:

• We must receive your return within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for store credit. For international orders, you have 30 days.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, scent-free, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Please include your packing slip with the return.
• Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of receiving your order (30 days for international orders) at our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

• To get what you want quickly, we recommend returning your item for store credit and placing a new order separately.
